Is a deposit required to book Liz's services?


Yes, a deposit is required to book services. After selecting your decorative package and pricing, a retainer of 10% of the total invoice amount along with the signed contract will reserve your event date and time. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.




When is the final payment due?


The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. In some cases, the final balance may be due sooner depending on the extent of the event requests and services.




What is the refund policy?


A 50% refund of the final payment amount will be provided if the cancellation request is made 16 to 29 calendar days before the event date. If the event is cancelled within 15 calendar days of the event date, no refunds will be given. The deposit is non-refundable from the initial date of booking services.




Is Liz's Elegant Decorations Services licensed and insured?


Yes! We are a licensed and insured event decoration and event planning company. Proof of license and insurance is provided upon written request.

Liz's Elegant Decoration Services serves the United States and Puerto Rico. Yes, we travel!




What is the cancellation policy?


All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email or US Postal Service 30 days or more prior to the event date. Text messages will not be accepted as formal cancel notification.
